TS3 Zombie Steam Skin - Back From the Dead!

For a short while it looked as if Steam Customizer was no longer hosting skins. turns out it was just a temporary glitch and all is back up and running. Nevertheless, I've decided to host the skin file myself in case it happens again.
So once again I bring you the Zombie Steam Skin - back from the dead!
